d04.net allows you to create your own short subdomain to make the address of your pages shorter and more memorable. In addition, you can enter keywords to help with search engine promotion.

For example, you can turn an unwieldy ISP address like:

http://homepage.some-isp-name.co.uk/~username/

Into:

http://username.d04.net/

The setup of your free shorter subdomain URL is automatic and very easy - once you've created an account just fill in a form, submit for approval and you're done. We even provide a mail form processing script for you to use so you can get feedback via your site, and a counter so you can see how your domains are doing.

You can have up to five free shorter URL subdomains per account, with the option to purchase more for a one-off fee, should you need them. Extra subdomains can be purchased through your account area using PayPal.
